Ammendent H is on the November ballot!

In 5 months, South Dakota voters will have an opportunity to bring top-two primaries to the state. Our over 140,000 registered independent voters will finally be allow to use their voices in the primary elections, giving true meaning to our catchphrase “let all voters vote!”. We are thrilled to be able to give South Dakota the chance to be a leader in democracy, fairness and hosting competitive elections to represent our population.
